From June 24 to 27, 2025, members of the Liquid Fuels, Biofuels and Bioproducts Research Group participated in the international conference JTACC+V4 2025 – the 4th Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry Conference and the 10th V4 (Joint Czech-Hungarian-Polish-Slovak) Thermoanalytical Conference, held in Budapest, Hungary. The team presented the results of its research on the thermochemical conversion of biomass waste into valuable bioproducts, new catalysts for green diesel production, heterogeneous catalytic materials for hydrogen-related processes, and novel highly porous carbon supports. The conference program was filled with inspiring scientific discussions that led to new ideas and the establishment of international collaborations. It was also an excellent opportunity for the integration of the Group’s staff and PhD students.
