Our research team has established a collaboration with Granahe largest Polish producer of grain coffee. Thanks to the courtesy of Production Director, Mr. Przemysław Turski, and Production Manager, Mr. Marcin Żebrowski, a member of our team, Aleksandra Hudek, had the opportunity to visit the production facility in Skawina and gain insight into the production process. The meeting took place on February 17, 2025, at the Grana factory in Skawina.

During the visit, waste materials generated in the production of grain coffee were provided. These materials can serve as a valuable feedstock for the production of advanced biofuels and bioproducts. The collaboration with Grana opens up new opportunities for utilizing industrial waste streams in the development of sustainable energy technologies.
